4. Privacy Notice for the Digi.Linke Discord Server

General Information

Use of Bots

A Discord bot is an automated program that performs specific tasks on a server - such as moderation, displaying information, or responding to commands. Bots may process data such as message content, usernames, or user roles to perform their functions.

Logging of Server Events

We log server-wide events to ensure effective and appropriate moderation. These logs are visible only to moderation team members and are not shared with third parties.

If you do not wish your activities on the server to be logged, you may leave the server or inform the moderation team that you would like your account to be restricted from participation.

Data Processing in Modmail (Ticket System)

Our server uses a Modmail bot to facilitate direct communication with the server team. Only the server team an the user who submitted the ticket have access to these messages.
