4. Privacy Notice for the Digi.Linke Discord Server
General Information

Use of Bots
A Discord bot is an automated program that performs specific tasks on a server - such as moderation, displaying information, or responding to commands. Bots may process data such as message content, usernames, or user roles to perform their functions.

Logging of Server Events
We log server-wide events to ensure effective and appropriate moderation. These logs are visible only to moderation team members and are not shared with third parties.

Data Processing in Modmail (Ticket System)
Our server uses a Modmail bot to facilitate direct communication with the server team. Only the server team an the user who submitted the ticket have access to these messages.
